Adrian's Memories
Bank of England 2000
This dislpay shows the political fight between William Pitt the Younger and Charles Fox about the value of paper money versus coin. The figures were made by Kit Freeborn and I did the electronics control and solid state sound system. There was very little budget so I couldn't afford a professional 'sound store' as they were called. I developed circuitry to drive a commercial MP3 player. Like most museum displays it works around 8 hours every day of the year and has done so since 2000.
Other jobs were done including a fire effect in the Conference Room in the exhibition.
This entrance is at the rear of the Bank
